We are delighted to share some exciting news, Specialised Pipe & Fittings Australia (SPFA) has entered into an asset purchase agreement with Ozlinc Industries Pty Ltd, marking a new chapter in the distribution of pipes, fittings, flanges and ancillary products. This agreement provides for the transfer of Ozlinc’s inventory and operations as well as key staff, thereby strengthening SPFA’s capabilities and service offering across Australia.
